My Wellbeing Plan

Practice mindfulness and gratitude daily
Help others when I have the chance
Stop and enjoy moments of wonder at nature
Allow myself some downtime for me for at least 30mins a day where I
do whatever I feel like
Take myself outside to breath when feeling overwhelmed or challenged
Feed myself and my whanau delicious and nutritious food daily(before 2pm for me!)
Get to bed before 11pm at least twice a week!
Take the time to appreciate the body I have!
Ensure I take time out to play games or chat with my girls daily
Take the time to connect in with a friend weekly
take time to appreciate (and accept) help offered by my support networks!
Have my hot drink on the deck or back step to make sure have some
time relaxing and enjoying the outdoors each day
Continue to appreciate the world around us on bike rides to activities
