Welcome to my journey into software development with Dev-Academy.

First I thought I should share a little about who I am and why I am on this journey.

Who am I? I am a passionate, curious and sometimes overly enthusiastic person. I spent my early years in Singapore, Israel and Pakistan before moving to New Zealand which I think helped me develop an open-minded and curious nature about people, leading me start studies in education and psychology. I currently spend my days home-educating 5 wild and wonderful girls between the ages of 7 and 13, three of which call me mum (and other names at times!)

Why software development? After learning more about software development I realised it seemed like a great way to combine both my logical and creative sides. I would love to build and create cool things that can help and support people.
